Back to the assignment, I required to compare between two of famous webpages that I need to choose from online banking and online shopping websites. The websites that I have choose are iRakyat online banking and Lelong online shopping. After that I need to compared both of the websites from its functionality and the easy navigation of the websites. From that, i have learned, to build a good websites, the developers need to not only consider about it functionality, but also the website interface and navigations are very important for users to use. Because if the websites are too complex, novice and beginners user will have trouble to use it.
From doing the assignment also, I have learned about a few programming languages that are used to develop the websites. There are two main languages that the developers need to know before build a website which is server-side language and clients scripting language. For the assignment, I need to compared a few languages based on the two main languages from it advantages and its similarities. So, from that I have learned which languages are most suitable to be use to developing a website.
As we HND student are used assignment-based learning, a new rules about submitting assignments are implement in this semester. All the HND students need to fill a form before submit their assignments and get the lecturer signature as a proof they already submitted the assignment. So that, the students need to submits the assignment before due time or the assignment are not accepted. From this implement, all student get a new common skills that is able to manage own time in achieving objectives.
